Swedish Meatballs

  I got the base recipe for these meatballs from a co-worker and added a few more things to "beef" them up.  I don't know if they are truly "Swedish" meatballs but this recipe makes a wonderful gravy.  These were a big hit with the whole family, especially Knox! Ingredients: 1 bag frozen meatballs 1 jar 4 Cheese Alfredo sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can French onion soup 1/2 cup beef broth 2 teaspoons beef bullion (or 1 cube) Rice or egg noodles Preparation: Mix sauces in a large pot or deep pan with a whisk.  Add frozen meatballs and cook on medium high until boiling.  Lower heat to medium low and cook for 25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.  Stir every now and then while cooking.  Serve over rice or noodles.
