I have a confession to make.  Don't tell your father this.  You know how most of the time I make homemade meatballs?  Well, sometimes they aren't so homemade.  During the week when I'm trying make a quick dinner and the freezer is out of my homemade meatballs, these are the ones I buy.  They are so good y'all didn't even notice!

Whether homemade or not, here are 4 delicious and easy ways you can make dinner with a bag of meatballs!

  • Add a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays Sweet & Spicy).
  • Cover and let simmer on Medium for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or burning on bottom.
  • Serve as sliders on Hawaiian slider rolls topped with pepper jack cheese or just on a plate.

Way #2: Classic Marinera Meatballs:

  • Cover and let simmer on Medium for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over spaghetti or on sub rolls topped with shredded mozzarella
Way #3:  French Onion Meatballs

  • If gravy needs to be thicker, mix a little cornstarch and a little warm water to make a paste and add to gravy to thicken.
  • Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
