Creole Garlic Butter Shrimp

 Another easy way to cook shrimp.  This goes great with some grilled corn and sausages.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning (Tony chachere's)
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Preparation:

In a large skillet, place shrimp in a circular pattern to cover pan.
Melt better in microwave safe bowl.
Stir in garlic and seasoning into butter.
Heat grill or stove top to high heat.
Pour seasoned butter over shrimp and cook about 8 minutes, flipping shrimp half way through, until shrimp are fully pink.
