Skillet Parmesan Broccoli

 


Awesome, easy broccoli recipe for a great weeknight side!  This basically cooks itself and is family approved.

Ingredients:
Bag of pre-cut fresh broccoli or 2 heads of broccoli, chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Olive oil 

Preparation:
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add chopped broccoli.
Season with seasonings.
Toss everything together well in the skillet.
Cover and let cook about 20 minutes or until the broccoli starts to soften and slightly brown.
Be sure to stir it around every 5 minutes or so.
Mix in parmesan cheese and serve!
