Frank's Hot Sauce Chicken
Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup Franks Hot Wing Sauce
2 tablespoons diced jalapeños
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3 pieces of bacon cooked and chopped
salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder to season
Ranch for dipping
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and pre-heat oven to 350.
Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili powder.
Pour 1/4 of the hot sauce into a baking dish and coat the bottom.
Add chicken to the pan and cook about 1 minute per side.
Add remaining hot sauce and cook another minute.
Remove chicken from the pan and place in the baking dish.
Add jalapeños to the pan with the remaining hot sauce and cook another minute.
Pour sauce and jalapeño mixture over chicken in the baking dish.
Top chicken with cheeses and bacon and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
Serve with ranch and additional hot sauce!
Variation:
In the photo above there are 2 versions of this recipe. The one on the right is the Frank's hot sauce recipe and the one of the left follows the same recipe except uses BBQ sauce and cheddar. Both are delicious!
