Simple & Sweet: Corn Casserole
This is a Paula Dean recipe that we have every year at Thanksgiving. It is easy to make and a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mixed all ingredients together except cheese. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake another 5-10 minutes.
