Weekday Blueberry Muffins




I've tried to make it a priority to feed you kids a good breakfast not just on weekends but during the week too!  These muffins are filled with fresh blueberries and topped with a little sugar to make the perfect, easy, bittersweet grab and go breakfast on morning we wanted "10 more minutes"!  This is a simple way to use a box mix on a weekday and improve it by adding fresh berries and a sugar topping.

Ingredients:
Krusteaz blueberry muffin mix
3 eggs
Look at all those berries!
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fresh blueberries
A spoonful of sugar

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix everything together.
Fold in all blueberries.
Spoon mix into muffin cups.
Bake for 14-15 minutes then pull out of oven and sprinkle sugar on muffin tops.
Continue cooking about another 3 minutes until done.
Let cool but serve warm!
