Seafood Gumbo



I've never really been a "gumbo" fan but I am a big seafood fan.  Ya'll know me and you know that I could eat fish everyday of my life and be happy.  So seafood gumbo is a totally different story for me than a gumbo with sausage and chicken or whatever they put in it.  This is the absolute easiest recipe and it is so warm and yummy. 

Ingredients:
Louisiana Gumbo & Rice Mix (other brands carry this same thing)
1 pound of fresh medium shrimp, peeled
1 pound of fresh red snapper, cut into pieces

Preparation:
Follow package instructions and you are good to go!
Serve with a grilled cheese or crackers.
