Chatham's First Burger
This was the first time I made my own burger and it tastes way better when you know you made it yourself. I wanted to learn to make a burger myself so that I could have a snack when I get home from school. And...I love burgers! Daddy walked me through each step to make sure I was safe and doing it right. Mom has started making me patties and putting them in her Tupperware patty press to freeze for me.
Ingredients:
1 beef patty
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Garlic powder
1 tablespoon butter
lettuce
mayo
bun
cheese (slice or shredded)
Preparation:
First get your mom to make the perfect patty.
Then season it with the garlic powder and steak seasoning (Daddy showed me this).
Heat pan to medium high and add butter.
Cook the patty 5 minutes on first side and 3 minutes on other side, depending on the thickness of the patty.
Put cooked patty on your bun.
My secret is slathering mayo on both buns.
Top with some lettuce and cheese.
Take a big bite!
