Johns Island Hot Dogs

Peanut butter, mayo, and onions....on a hot dog?  YES!!  In 1989 your dad went to J. Michael's in Wilmington and tried his first Johns Island hot dog.  Johns Island is a small farming community outside of Charleston.  It's known for peanuts, tomatoes, and onions.  Your father craves them to this day and Chatham also requests them!  It is a strange combination but somehow it just works together.

Ingredients:
1 pack of your favorite hot dogs
Mayo (preferably in a squeezable container)
Peanut Butter
Diced Vidalia onions

Preparation:
Grill hot dogs
Place in hot dogs in a soft bun.
Liberally spread peanut butter on top while hot dogs are still hot.
Squeeze mayo on top.
Top with onions.
Enjoy!
