Simple Seared Grouper





















Grouper is such a great mild fish that you can do anything with.  We love it fried in fingers or seared like this.  You can use lots of different sauces with it too.  Support your local fish monger!

Ingredients:
Fresh grouper fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to season

Sauce:  Fresh Market Coconut Mango Pepper Sauce

Preparation:
Season fillets with salt and pepper
Heat butter and oil on high
Sear grouper for about 2-3 minutes per side depending on thickness.
Serve with sauce on top or on the side.
