Seared scallops



Who doesn't like sea scallops?  Who doesn't like seafood?  IDK but we all do!  We started making Alton Brown's seared scallops recipe a while back and they turn out perfectly every time.  So here it is!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh sea scallops
Lawry's seasoning salt
pepper

Preparation:
Heat oil and butter on high.
Season scallops lightly with seasoning salt and pepper.
Once oil is very hot, sear scallops for 1 and 1/2 minutes per side.
