Peanut Butter Pie

This recipe is from the Pioneer Woman and it is incredible.  I've only made it a few times but Lord knows I do not want y'all to forget about it because it is THAT good.  Plus we are all obsessed with peanut butter anyway....especially your father and Waylon.  How many mornings have I entered the kitchen to see the peanut butter coated spoon in the sink or on the counter from your father getting up for a scoop in the middle of the night!  Classic daddy!








Ingredients:
Store bought Oreo pie crust (these are on the baking aisle not in the freezer section.
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
8oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 cup powdered sugar
Container of Cool whip

Preparation:
Use a hand mixer to mix peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth
Add in powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Add in Cool Whip and beat until smooth.
Pour into pie crust and smooth out.
Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Top with crushed Oreos.  O....M....G!
