Eastern NC 'Que
We will not get into a barbeque discussion here, but the Walters family favorite is Eastern North Carolina whole hog barbeque which is vinegar and red pepper based. We don't try to make this barbeque either because we don't have a pig cooker but since we moved to SC it's been a critical area of need for us. So...we have it shipped in! That's right! Shipped in!
