Fried Bologna Sandwiches

Ingredients:
Deli German Bologna, cut sandwich thick
white bread
Dukes mayo
ripe tomato (optional
This was definitely a fried bologna sandwich day! |
mustard (optional)
Preparation:
Cut a slit in the side of your bologna slices
Heat pan to high
Cook slices about a minute per side, sometimes I add a little oil to start with but you don't have to
Remove slices to a plate with paper towels
Assemble sandwich with lots of mayo according to your father (I personally prefer mustard)
